Since 1996, I have enjoyed the marketing aspect of my business. After being constantly asked “who does your marketing?” I d
ecided to offer this service.
My background is in meeting and event planning, both non-profit and corporate meeting planning. Planners are extremely different from professionals speakers and entertainers, the two markets I know best. Being in both worlds, I can bridge the gap between the parties for a win-win. Meeting planners have a wide scope of responsibilities and speakers/entertainers can benefit from understanding what is important to planners. Thus, this is when I enter the picture to guide and consult small businesses on how to position their company and communicate their value.
This service “Return On Image” is a division of the Meeting Maximizer.
My marketing started when I was 5. Do you remember making a little paper helicoptor with a 1/2″ by 2″ piece of cardstock with a cut in the center? After decorating the piece of paper and launching it in the air it twirls and flutters now, seconds of excitement. I moved on to rubber stamping bookmarks, lunch bags and custom ordered products. Fast Forward to post college, my degree is in business administration with emphasis in marketing (University of Puget Sound). My career began with marketing and event planning.
